European Cybersecurity Skills Conference 2024
26-27 September 2024, Budapest. The 3rd edition of the annual European Cybersecurity Skills Conference uniting the cybersecurity skills community provided an interesting platform to exchange experiences, address challenges, and share best practices. The conference also presented the future direction of the ENISA Cybersecurity Skills Framework (ECSF) and highlighted activities from the European Commission and Member States stemming from the Cybersecurity Skills Academy.
European Software Skills Strategy full release
To bridge the software skills gap, The European Software Skills Alliance (ESSA) releases a Software Skills Strategy for Europe — it is a stepping stone to answering the lack of software professionals and the future market’s demand for software skills. Common European-agreed Educational Profiles for software professional roles that can be flexibly applied in context are an essential tool to make the strategy happen.

e-CF User Support Tele-Workshop
29 April 2020, Europe. In the context of the CEN TC428 “IT Professionalism and digital competences” work activity on EN16234 e-CF User Support the e-CF User TELE-WORKSHOP is welcoming 90 registered participants from 20 countries.
The workshop programme provided a good opportunity to get familiar with the EN16234 e-CF new version, the new e-CF User Support Material under preparation and to share e-CF application experiences from varying perspectives including:
- learning programme & curricula development / Higher Education (HE), VET and private environment
- IT organisation / IT strategy, resources planning and staff development
- policy and/ or sector association context.

14 November 2019, Rome. In the context of the CEN TC428 “IT Professionalism and digital competences” work activity on EN16234 e-CF User Support the e-CF User Networking Conference was hosted by e-CF User Support expert team leader Jutta Breyer in cooperation with INAIL, Italy.
The event programme provided very good opportunity to become familiar with EN16234 e-CF new version and to share the experience of a broad range of e-CF applications from varying perspectives including:
