Jutta Breyer, Director
Jutta Breyer is a senior consultant for digital and ICT skills and capacity building, pan-European collaboration and communication, in business, education and politics on national and international level.
A key element of her work is the implementation of sustainable strategies to enable digital transformation facilitated by ICT and cybersecurity professional workforce development.
15 years of experience in developing and implementing international IT Professional workforce strategies and structures, including the European e-Competence Framework (EN16234-1 e-CF) which articulates competences applied in the IT professional workplace; the 30 European ICT Professional Role Profiles built upon the e-CF to support business, education, policy makers and institutions of all sizes; the closely connected European Foundational Body of Knowledge for the ICT Profession (EN17748-1 ICT BoK); and the European Cybersecurity Skills Framework (ECSF) launched by ENISA in 2022.
Having worked and lived in several European countries Jutta speaks fluent German, English, Spanish, Catalan and French.
